How to Return a Product?
Notify Us of Your Intention to Return:
You can do this by filling out the Return Form – a declaration of withdrawal from the contract. Simply notify us of the return within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
In some cases, the seller may extend this period – you can always check this in the offer details under the „Returns” section.
Send the Product Back:
Please return the purchased product to the supplier’s address provided in the order confirmation.
This is crucial because we operate under a dropshipping model, where products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or supplier to the customer. Returning the product to the correct address avoids delays in the return process and ensures efficient handling.
After completing the Return Form, you have an additional 14 calendar days to send the product back.

Returning a Purchased Product – Key Information
Who Can Return a Purchase?
To ensure your convenience and rights, returning a product is possible if:
- You are purchasing as a consumer – meaning as an individual not conducting business activities.
- You are a sole proprietor but making the purchase for your business needs, and the purchase is not directly related to your professional activity. For example, if you run an auto repair shop and purchase a printer for its needs, you can exercise the right to return.
This right applies to sole proprietorships in accordance with Article 7aa of the Consumer Rights Act (for purchases made until December 31, 2022 – Article 38a of the Consumer Rights Act).
When Is a Return Not Possible?
Certain products, as specified by law (Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act), may not be eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Underwear, hygiene products, or other personal-use items.
- Products made to order or customized.
Information about the inability to return a product will always be included in the product description before purchase, so you can make a fully informed decision.
What to Do in Case of a Damaged Shipment?
If you suspect that the product was damaged during transport, we recommend recording a video while opening the package. Such footage will facilitate the claims process with the carrier and help resolve the issue more quickly.
